Carl Russell & Co is a leading name in the shooting industry, offering a wide selection of fi****ms, optics, clothing and accessories. With an on-site gunsmith, excellent customer service and strong industry knowledge, we’re continuing to grow and expand our online presence.
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our customer-facing Gunroom team in a full-time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver face-to-face and telephone customer service
• Handle sales and customer enquiries
• Maintain accurate gun register records
• Support the day-to-day operation of the Gunroom
Ideal Candidate
• Passionate about shooting sports
• Knowledge of fi****ms, ammunition and accessories
• Retail or gunroom experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Organised, proactive and confident with excellent attention to detail

Hours
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
