When the client came to us with architect-drawn plans, the brief was simple: make it the most impressive property on the street.

What followed was a full rear and side extension, loft conversion, new roof, complete internal refurbishment, plus a cinema room, smart home automation, bespoke media wall, purpose-built garden outbuilding, and landscaping. Every trade coordinated. Every detail considered. All under one roof.

This project brings together a series of carefully selected features that shape both the look and feel of the home: herringbone timber flooring, a striking marble fireplace, full-height glazing, refined wall panelling, decorative cornicing, soft neutral tones, layered textures and carefully curated furniture pieces.

The large sectional sofa creates comfort and presence, while the round stone-and-metal coffee table, statement artwork and floor-to-ceiling drapery add depth and character. Natural light completes the space, enhancing the clean lines and the calm, luxurious atmosphere.

A great example of how thoughtful design and material selection can turn a room into a complete living experience.

There is something inherently soul-soothing about a bespoke bathroom designed around the natural movement of Calacatta marble. By pairing bold stonework with minimalistic lines and an abundance of natural light, we’ve created a space that feels both expansive and intimate.
