Look forward to getting over in May to cut the new roof onto all of the barns. Fred will lay the new clay canal tiles and bed the ridges onto lime mortar.

Next year we start a massive interior fit out including windows doors shutters and staircases. Window openings will be made and the terraces will be walled and levelled to create yards over looking the vineyard fields
