New Project Kickoff – Retaining Wall Stabilisation 🚧

✅ Excavation along the existing brick retaining wall
✅ Casting reinforced concrete bases to provide a solid foundation

🚧 Game On! 🚧

After the first engineering hours shift setting up the site, storage area, materials, and plant/tools, last night we began the installation of the new Kee Klamp handrail system. We also started removing the existing handrail, which has already reached and surpassed its designed life.

We are now providing a new Kee Klamp handrail system to ensure the safety of railway workers for many years to come, benefiting both this and the next generation. Last night's shift was highly productive, exceeding our client's expectations in terms of workmanship, quality, and quantity.

We... f**k it up a bit... but very expensive

This valuable lesson, though costly, has taught us the importance of staying ahead of potential issues.
