BATTLE 🌀

We are delighted to provide photos of plot 1 new build finished over at Battle. Our clients vision was clear at the very start with the quality of workmanship already undertaken. 🔨

… A beautifully presented property compromising over two floors, needed an elegant and professional finish, and our client received that from the outset 🎨

…. Teaming up with and on this one with clean extreme across the bathrooms and en-suites! 🪄

❌ Our Wellington square project had some issues with a front balcony that were beyond repairs..

These timbers had been ‘worked on’ before by another builder or contractor and was done disastrously causing water ingress and a complete mess overall.

We will strip all these back and have teamed up with G&S Specialist Timber who will be running the new like for like spindles out for us, to keep the building in mirror being listed… 🪵

Thanks gents we can’t wait to see the finished article ❌

UCKFIELD PROJECT

The team at Ameri Group Ltd are well underway with this project in Uckfield for our continued client 🏡.

This Grade || Listed 19th Century cottage is in a sought after local village approached through twin stone pillars and high double wooden gates with a well maintained wrap around garden. 🪏

With new lime plaster throughout, delicate consideration is required with scope of materials to allow the material to breathe, using as partners of choice. This project is a full redecoration process throughout needing lots of care and attention 💡

… Whilst socials have been quiet, the team at Ameri Group Ltd have been working their socks off on numerous different projects across the past few months with no sign of things slowing down! ⏳
. We were delighted to have been part of this project in Hastings, completing a high end limewash finish on this stunning property 😍 a real statement piece completed by our team, leaving our client exceptionally happy!

. We recently got called in to assist a damp proof contractor to complete some decoration works. These works were across 2 different flats, both needing different works 💭

… The dreaded ceiling strip, and yes you guessed it, the traditional anaglypta paper 😬. Our clients went with our recommendation for modernisation.

… Once stripped and with plenty of preparation works, the ceilings were re-lined, rooms decorated and some accent paper hung ✂️- job turned around in a week!

… Small one recently completed down in Brighton. This front door canopy was in dire need of restoration and updating. Flaking paint, rotten timbers and a whole wood decay!

📽️ operation Ore Valley, Phase 1 completed! 📽️

… The team and I are delighted to have completed these x 9 new builds in Ore Valley, Hastings, East Sussex. Our regular client instructed us for the 3 bedroom properties across 9 plots 🏠.

… These works were quite simple! A crisp white finish throughout including a mould inhibiting white emulsion across kitchens and bathrooms. A special mention to our suppliers being & for supplying quality materials including all sundries and finishing purposes 💎

⚽️ - Little Common Recreational Ground 🥅
. We were instructed by out regular client to complete works at Little Common Recreational Ground following a bad leak. 💦

… The ceiling had been dropped and needed re insulating, boarding and skimming to get it back to its former glory! Following this, remedial decoration works were required to get it back up to scratch, luckily in the off season! 😇

… Up next, we have removed some flooring that has been affected, allowing adequate drying times with dehumidification, ready for new cap and cove 🦶

… We turned this project around in great timing, keeping the client exceptionally happy. You trust, we deliver! 🔥
