Hi everyone,
As I'm sure you're aware, we're currently experiencing extremely high temperatures, with local schools and other settings closing due to the heat.
I wanted to make you aware that over the next few days our team may be working more slowly than usual, and there may be some unavoidable delays to changeover, domestic, deep and commercial cleans. Many of our staff are also managing unexpected childcare arrangements due to school closures, which may affect availability.
Please be assured that we remain committed to providing the highest standard of clean possible and are continuing to work throughout the heatwave because we understand how important your holiday homes, your properties and your guests/tenants are. However, the health and safety of our staff has to remain our top priority. Working in caravans, in particular, during extreme temperatures can be physically demanding, and we will be ensuring that staff take the breaks, hydration and additional time they need to work safely.
Please be reassured that all booked in work is planned to go ahead, just potentially at a slower rate.
We completely appreciate that delayed check-ins can be frustrating, both for owners and guests, and we will do everything we can to minimise disruption. We simply ask for a little patience and understanding while we navigate these exceptional conditions.
