A major commercial air conditioning project valued in excess of £300,000, comprising:

✅ 9 split ducted systems
✅ 52 ceiling cassette units served by 8 VRF condensers
✅ 61 indoor units in total

Delivering an installation of this scale takes careful planning, clear communication and close coordination with other trades.

Our engineers worked alongside the wider site team to coordinate installation activities, pipework routes, drainage and access around the overall project programme.

From planning through to delivery, teamwork was essential to bringing the installation together.

Another service call today — unfortunately, this is what happens when air conditioning pipework isn’t installed or handled correctly. A ½-inch refrigerant pipe had been kinked and badly bent, restricting the refrigerant flow and affecting the system’s operation.

Our team acted swiftly, replacing the damaged pipework and carrying out a full pressure test before vacuuming the system down to the required standard.

The unit was then fully commissioned, checked and tested, and is now running perfectly as it should.

✅ Correct pipework installed
✅ Pressure tested
✅ Vacuumed to standard
✅ Fully commissioned
✅ System running correctly

It’s a reminder that air conditioning and refrigeration work requires the correct training, qualifications and experience. Getting the installation right from the start is essential for the system to operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Another job sorted by the team. 🔧❄️

Service Call – Pipework Damage & System Repair

Attended site today following accidental damage to the refrigeration pipework caused by another tradesperson using machinery.

Our team repaired the damaged pipework by cutting back the affected sections and installing new 1/2” and 1/4” pipework. The system was pressure tested in accordance with required standards and checked for leaks.

The system was then vacuumed down, charged with refrigerant, and commissioned. The system is now operating correctly and the client has cooling restored.

Outcome: System fully operational and cooling as required.
