~ Two Marines, One Ocean, Zero Regrets ~
🌊 Welcome aboard, new Facebook followers! Hundreds of you have just joined the journey of two slightly unhinged Royal Marines who decided rowing 3,200 miles across the Atlantic was a great idea — all in the name of mental health.

Yes, we’re doing this on purpose.
Yes, it’s a tiny boat.
Yes, it’s really hard.
And yes… we were drag queens at our last fundraising event 💅

We’re Changing Tides Row, and we’ve already raised over £2,000 for charities supporting mental health and veterans. Every mile we row, every blister we earn, and every freeze-dried meal we suffer through is for those facing tough times.

We believe that if we can survive storms, sleep deprivation, and salt sores, we can help others weather their own battles too. Unfortunately there's a su***de epidemic and we both want to spread an important message that there is ALWAYS a way forward.
