It has been a busy start to 2026, particularly in the new build residential sector.

We’re pleased to have been appointed as the Structural Engineers on the following projects:

• A development near Reading – consisting of two detached houses and two semi-detached houses.

• A small private development in Alton – consisting of two new build houses.

• A private new build home in Grayshott.

It’s great to see continued momentum in regional housing, and we’re looking forward to working with the wider design teams to deliver practical, efficient structural solutions on each scheme.

Excited to get started on the structural designs for a new project in Guildford, Surrey!

The scope of works includes:

🔨 Complete removal and replacement of the existing roof structure, with the addition of new large loft rooms for added space and functionality.

🏠 A two-storey extension to significantly increase the property's footprint.

🔧 Multiple internal and external alterations to modernise and reconfigure the layout.
