EPS customer update:

We are reopening the trade counter.

As of Monday 4th May we will be reopen 9am till 12pm Monday to Friday.
With customer and staff safety still of paramount importance, the shop entrance will remain closed and we will be operating a call and collect service.
We would appreciate as much notice as possible to allow us to process all orders and minimise your waiting time as business begins to return to the ‘new’ normal.

Customer update 24th March 2021

Following the Prime Minister’s statement last night, eps Ltd are temporarily closing from 12 o clock today.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these extraordinary times but wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our absolute priority.

In the event of emergency call outs we will be available to open the shop but please be mindful for the safety of all that this is only for essential situations.

We wish you all good health and look forward to seeing you soon.

Customer notice.

Temporary changes to our trade counter and delivery service.
The welfare of our staff and customers is our absolute priority throughout this uncertain time.
As you will be aware our trade counter is a very busy place with many people coming through every day.
Social distancing is impossible to implement.
With this in mind we have decided for the safety of staff and customers to close our trade counter and showroom as from 5pm on Tuesday 24th March until further notice.
For the remainder of the week, Wednesday to Friday the trade counter will remain open for telephone orders to be collected between 9am and 10am.

Eps will then be closed for business until further notice.
