Returned to a job I completed a few months back. I started this job from startbto finish and ran the whole job.

From taking old out house buildings down to reclaim the old stone to build the new extensions on the property.

Drainage and footings done, over site in new extensions.

All windows and doors fit.

All structural work carried out internal by myself.

All 1st fix and second fix joinery completed by myself.

This was a big Job for me to do 80% off the time solo, but it looks amazing now!

Current job is progressing nicely now, 1st floor and loft conversion are now ready for decorators, bathrooms are ready for tiling and 2nd fix.
Lounge is ready for skirting and overboarding.
Back extension ground floor still requires first fix and plastering, then kitchen plan and utility plan to follow on the 2nd fix stage.

Full 4 bedroom house renovation with double story and single story extension built on the back with the same stone used from the old outhouse buildings, new roof tiled with reclaimed slate to match existing, exposed eves carried on through with solid timber fascia boards to.match existing.

All upvc sash windows, front door and two back binding doors fit by myself too.
There has been a lot of work on this for me by myself, from ripping Down old single story buildings, to internal walls, fitting steels to create openings for a more open plan area.

Finished photos to follow in the next month or so.
