PROJECT COMPLETED | MERTON, LONDON

We’re really pleased to share one of our recently completed projects in Merton, London, carried out for a charity we’ve had the pleasure of working closely with for some time.

The project involved the design and construction of a purpose-built timber office outbuilding, creating a much-needed additional workspace for the charity.

The finished building has been designed to provide a bright, comfortable and practical working environment, with plenty of natural light and a modern, professional finish throughout.

A few features of the project:

▪️Timber-built structure
▪️Anthracite HardiePlank cladding for a durable and contemporary exterior
▪️A combination of windows and high-level glazing to maximise natural light
▪️Two roof skylights bringing even more light into the workspace
▪️Full-height glazed doors providing access onto the external decking
▪️Modern internal lighting and power points
▪️Fully plastered and decorated interior
▪️External decking installed to create a practical pathway to the building

The result is a bright, modern and functional office space, giving the charity valuable additional room to work and support the important services they provide.

We’re particularly proud of this project and grateful to have been trusted to deliver it for an organisation we’ve built such a great working relationship with.

A recent rear extension project, now finished with the final touches complete. We returned to install the fencing and patio, creating a clean, practical outdoor space to complement the new extension.

We’re really pleased with how this has turned out—modern, sleek, and a great finish to the project.

We completed the first section of this porcelain patio earlier in the year. Once the existing decking was removed, we were invited back to extend the patio through the remaining area, creating a seamless finish throughout the garden. We were also asked to install Anthracite Hardie® Plank cladding to the rear wall, covering the damaged area left behind after the removal of an old lean-to. The cladding provided a smart, low-maintenance finish and helped tie the whole project together.

This patio is certainly summer-ready and the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining! 👌🏼☀️🏡

A little bit of structural work and a big improvement to the finished look. 👌

Out with the double doors, in with the slider.

The extra glass makes the room feel brighter and gives a much more modern finish.

We love the end result. 🔥🏡

Just had our Makita circular saw stolen while working on a job outside Pittmans Field. The battery has the initials “DM” marked on it.
