From structural plans 📐 to site surveys 👷‍♂️, right through to installation 🏗️ This intricate structural steelwork package has been perfectly executed at our Forest Gate project.

With very little space to work with, careful planning and precision were key from start to finish. A great effort from the team to get this steel install completed safely, accurately, and efficiently ✅

Another important stage ticked off as this project continues to take shape 🧱 We’re excited to see the finished product on this side return wrap around extension.

🔨🏡 Little Saturday job completed at our Forest Gate project! 🏡🔨

Today we poured the foundations at one of our ongoing Forest Gate projects, keeping things moving ahead of another busy week 💪

These foundations had to be excavated and poured in a hit-and-miss sequence to maintain the structural integrity of the neighbouring property’s existing extension, ensuring everything remains safe and secure throughout the build 👷‍♂️📐

We’re back on site Monday to set out and template for the RSJs, as well as complete the remaining foundation excavation ready for the next stage of works 🔥

Progress is coming along nicely, and we’re looking forward to sharing more updates as this project develops 👀

Our Islington project is now complete and we honestly cannot wait to see the final fit out with the clients furniture 🏡✨

The clients have done an incredible job with their choice of colours and lighting throughout the property, and this beautiful pantry area is the perfect example of that. Finished with a bespoke archway created by us 😍

Seeing projects come together like this is exactly why we love what we do ❤️ From the structural work right through to the finishing touches, it’s amazing watching a vision become reality and seeing every detail tie together perfectly.

This project has been an amazing transformation and we are very excited for the final reveal 👀✨

Today we got to revisit one of our beautiful projects we completed last year, our W9 Maida Vale loft conversion 🏡✨

This 5th floor loft conversion transformed a 2 bedroom flat into a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, creating an incredible amount of extra living space for our client 🔨

One of the real statement pieces of this project is the bespoke spiral staircase, imported all the way from China 🇨🇳✨ Setting the tone perfectly as you make your way into the new loft space.

To make the layout work perfectly for the client, we also constructed a mini dormer at the bottom of the roof, allowing us to install a full size door giving direct access onto the existing 4th floor terrace 🌤️🏡 A feature that completely changed how the space could be used and enjoyed.

The client finished the project beautifully with engineered wood flooring throughout 🪵 and an eye catching roll top bathroom 🛁 completed with stunning marble tiles, creating a real luxury finish 🤍

Projects like this are always a reminder of why we love what we do ❤️ Bringing our clients’ visions to life and creating spaces that completely transform a home 🏠

🚴‍♂️ LONDON TO BRIGHTON RIDE 🚴‍♂️
Our two directors, Harry & Jorden, along with four of their close friends, are taking on the 54-mile London to Brighton bike ride… all with ZERO road bike experience 😅
We’re doing this for an incredible cause Mind 🧠

We chose this charity back in December after losing our little cousin Alex 2 years ago. He was an amazing young man, and many of our clients will remember him from time spent on our sites.

Now, we also have our mum pushing us to that finish line after sadly losing her short battle with brain cancer.

This one means everything to us ❤️
