🔨 Bedroom glow-up in progress! 🔌
A little bit of DIY, a little bit of electrics and A LOT of MDF dust! 😂
Today’s job for JH Electrical:
⚡ 2 new sockets installed
🛠️ Holes filled (ready for a good sanding!)
📏 MDF panelling fitted
🪵 Filled and sanded, ready for decorating
Before anyone asks… yes, the sockets look a bit odd right now! 😂 The room’s mid-makeover, so bear with us — it’ll all come together once the decorating is done! 👌
Can’t wait to see the finished result!

⚡️ Call-out today — kitchen lights back up and running! 💡

The customer had noticed their kitchen lights had become very temperamental, so JH Electrical was called out to investigate.

On inspection, we found a melted terminal block caused by a loose connection. 🔥

The poor connection had created resistance, causing the terminal to overheat and eventually melt — a great example of why intermittent electrical faults shouldn’t be ignored. ⚠️

The faulty connection was rectified and the kitchen lighting was safely brought back up and running. 💡👌

If your lights are flickering, cutting in and out, or behaving strangely, don’t leave it until it gets worse — get it checked out.
