Its been a busy time for us,but we are still putting the work in and achieving great results for our clients.
This was teared garden walls that had failed in many parts due to no way of water getting out from the back of the walls and a weak mortar mix which should never happen on a retaining wall,one whole section of wall had to be taken down due to the pressure put on it and had cracked in several places,that wall was rebuilt adding significant reinforcing within the wall to stop this happening again,all other walls were taken down by 450mm and rebuilt also adding reinforcing,25mm weep holes drilled every 900mm at bottoms of all walls to allow moisture out from behind the walls,steps were taken up and rebuilt and a total repoint of all other brickwork all while reusing all the existing bricks to limit cost for the client who is over the moon with the results.
