Here at Contour, we recognise that looking after ourselves is just as important as looking after each other. Sometimes, taking that first step can be the hardest part, and if we can help make that step a little easier, then that’s exactly what we’ll do.
Health & Safety has always been an integral part of working in construction. Over the last decade, we’ve made significant progress in recognising the importance of the HEALTH side, particularly mental health and wellbeing.
But we must do more.
It’s easy to get caught up in the pressures of everyday life, to lose our way a little, or to simply forget to look after ourselves. And sometimes, even when everything appears to be going well on the outside, things can feel very different on the inside.
We spend so much time talking about working safely, wearing the correct PPE and making sure everyone gets home safely. But what about what’s going on underneath the hard hat? 🧠⛑️
At Contour, we want to create an environment where asking for help is seen as a strength, never a weakness.
We can’t solve everyone’s problems, but we can offer a helping hand, a listening ear and, most importantly, access to professional support when it’s needed.
