Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy completing a variety of exterior and interior renovation and repair projects, including:

• External façade repairs and protective structural coating, followed by full exterior painting.

• Balcony repair and refurbishment, including remedial works following water ingress, followed by complete redecoration of the affected living room.

• Full replacement of boundary fencing at a residential development.

• External wall repairs, including preparation, reinforcement with fibreglass mesh, rendering and finishing with textured masonry paint.

Another jobs completed by AW Building Service.
We recently carried out a range of works on a residential development, including:
🔨 Construction and repair of external timber storage units and a bin storage enclosure.

🏠 External wall repairs, preparation work, and application of a textured masonry coating to achieve a durable and attractive finish.

🚿 Plumbing works, including the replacement of a bath mixer tap and installation of a new hand shower set.
