Here's a price guide for my services. Plastering has always been quoted after I see job as I need to have a close look at condition of walls etc. However I can give an estimate with sizes and photos.

Roughcast &render softwashing price guide,
Terraced £350
Semi detached £ 450
Detached £600.
Prices depend on size and condition. These are average guide prices only.

Gutter cleaning price guide,
Terraced £50
Semi detached £65
Detached £80

Bath or shower silicone reseal price guide,
To cut away and replace silicone around bath or shower tray £75.

These are all guides to give you an idea of the average cost as i do get asked alot. The more services you book at the one time, the better the discount i can give.

Thank you 😃

Had 2 last minute cancellations with jobs not being ready on time 🙈 . I now have plenty space tomorrow and Wednesday for any of my services. I'm also available for quoting and free test patches for roughcast & render cleaning during the day for the next couple of day aswell now. I'll be making a pinned post shortly with price guide

Thats all the services I will be adding for now :Plastering , roughcast & render cleaning, gutter cleaning and bath/shower silicone reseals. I always price every job individually when I see them but I will post a price guide today for people looking for a rough cost for these services.

Back to it today after 2 great days off. Chasing monkeys at blair drummond on saturday and the barras in the rain yesterday. i have 2 plastering jobs and a gutter clean on today. I'm full for plastering this week but I have limited availability this week to fit in a couple of gutter cleans or bath/ shower reseals before I go on holiday next week.

My 3rd additional service to be added on is bathroom reseals. Started this about 3 years ago and have been doing it on and off. This was a service I also kept seperate from plastering page. As with gutter cleaning and softwashing, I will now be using only this page and phone number for all services. Tried to keep it all separate but too much work involved and also if all of my existing plastering customers can now see every service I offer, it means I can offer a discount if more than one service is required at same time when im there. But additional services must be booked in prior.
