Just over two weeks from first spade in the ground, foundation's poured ,blockwork built, sub floor, insulation and concrete floor slab, timber kit manufactured and erected, roof getting ready for velux windows and tiling

It's not all big houses and extensions we do , our clients purchased this timber cabin from Norway to be used as a golf simulator, amazing quality and certainly interesting putting it together, although we weren't expecting it to be quite as big 🤣

When a customer from Blantyre contacted us about a failing retaining wall in their back garden, I was not sure what to expect. Turned out to be very restricted access for an excavator, meaning the removal of a boundary fence.
Operating the machine close to the failing wall meant carefully breaking down the wall by hand and digging to ground out in layers. Once we reached a stable ground level, we created a large foundation then a suitable blockwork retaining wall could be constructed. We then backfilled with compacted layers of type one , reinstated the boundary fencing as well as creating a new venetian fence. As the adjacent neighbour had a similar issue , happily carried out the same operation for them
