What a transformation! 🔨

For this kitchen renovation, we removed a structural wall to create a much larger open-plan kitchen-diner and completely reconfigured the space.

The project included:

• Relocating all services, including the boiler and consumer unit
• Installing underfloor heating
• Resizing the windows to complement the new kitchen layout
• Moving the kitchen to the front of the house to make far better use of the available space

The clients initially needed a little convincing about relocating the kitchen, but working alongside Tec Lifestyle, we were able to demonstrate why it was the smartest solution for the property.

The finished result has gone far beyond what the clients originally envisaged—and has completely changed how they use their home.

Coming to completion on our Chelmsford project and what a transformation the team have made on this one 🤩

Busy busy week, massive push from the team this week, all first fix plumbing and electrics are now complete on the ground floor, windows have started going in on the existing part of the house and rendering continues to go on. Front elevation should be close to completion next week along with plastering to the main kitchen area. Second fix carpentry can now get underway with lights and power getting final connections made.
