Corroded mains water pipe in a customers driveway.

One of the bigger holes in a pipe I've seen, I must be honest.

Some improvisation from with this car radiator pipe and this customers water is back up and running until the proper fittings arrive later on today... 😎

And before anyone mentions the radiator pipe not being suitable for drinking water.... I don't really think that a rusty old pipe is that great for you either but that's the kind of pipe that π—¦π—§π—œπ—Ÿπ—Ÿ serves most houses now!


And here it is....The π—™π—¨π—Ÿπ—Ÿ renovation from start to finish....A separate toilet and bathroom became oneThe dividing bloc...

And here it is....

The π—™π—¨π—Ÿπ—Ÿ renovation from start to finish....

A separate toilet and bathroom became one

The dividing block wall was knocked through and removed.

The bathroom suite was decommissioned, including all tiles and flooring and then removed.

New plumbing and pipework all round 😎

Ceiling, floor and some walls were reboarded

The ceiling was then replastered

New spotlights, lit and heated mirror and new extractor fan installed

Tiled floor to ceiling

And then it was time for the detail.... With the second fix. πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ€ŒπŸΌ

This one was slightly different as it was a separate bathroom and toilet which we've now made into one large bathroom by knocking the wall down/through.

This bathroom has alot more space now and natural light...









Concealed cisterns (and valves for that matter) look great... 𝗛𝗒π—ͺπ—˜π—©π—˜π—₯ they can prove to be a little tricky when it comes...

Bathroom renovation completed in Halstead yesterday.

Although this one is more of a basic layout... Alot of work still goes into each bathroom we renovate.

For example;
we ripped out the old bathroom suite,
re-plumbed it completely,
re-boarded the floor in 18mm plywood,
Plastered the ceiling,
Rewired the bathroom (adding an extractor fan, mirror point and spotlights),
Tiled it all from floor to ceiling,
AND
A new window was fitted too.










Tiles supplied by Topps Tiles as always
Window supplied and fitted by Infil Double Glazing Ltd as their work is second to none!
And all rubbish was cleared and taken by ATS Skip Hire & Waste Collection Service, Colchester & Sudbury

Oo la la....Love it when we start getting the tiles down...

Let's face it... It isn't hard to clean up after ourselves, so take the extra 30-40mins and get rid of your rubbish...

I always tidy up as if Im the next trade in.
