This job was in the pipeline for a while; but we are finally able to show this project off!🚀

We are absolutely delighted to be the main contractors on this derelict barn and annexe conversion.

This project will be undertaken in phases, the first of which is the annexe. We currently have the roof stripped, rotten timbers removed and unsafe masonary work down. All in preparation for a rebuild and a full new roof construction, whilst insulating and bringing this building up to modern regulations.

We work very closely with our clients, and on this occasion are more then happy to be involved and not afraid to get some of the work done in their project! if you want to follow this long and exciting journey more closely.

This will always be one of my favourite details, it feels like putting a history stamp on the house for years to come.

The red brick and ashlar is looking fantastic together the more we get done.

We steel dowel every adjacent piece with ultimate precision to maximise strength.

All the pieces above the bifolds are re-bated to hide the steel and create a flawless Finish.

The third house built and handed over on this private development. 🚀

We are doing all the masonry work for all 4 houses. A lovely tumbled stone from York with beautiful ashlar details, varying from 4/5 bedrooms per house.

We are due to start on the fourth and final build in around a month, so follow along to see how it all looks.

What a transformation 🚀

Here is the full before and afters for this kitchen renovation completed in Manchester.

We got asked by new works garage who works on all our vans and personal cars if we would travel as he has had trouble with more local trades to Manchester before.

To achieve this stunning look we undertook

- A full rip out 🔨

- A full kitchen re-wire ⚡️

- Re plumbed, but upon demolition, we noticed some old looking compression joints, so we replaced to future proof this kitchen 💦

- Plasterboarder and patched before a full re skim

- Installed the kitchen and appliances to match

A knock through spanning nearly 5 metres long 🚀

Our experienced and highly skilled team have today completed the final stages of this knock through to create a spacious working area in an old mill.

We installed a double steel with welded spacers to carry an old 3 brick thick solid wall, which totally transformed this working space for the clients upcoming plans.

Very nice to be inside this past week ☔️
