HKC are continuing to improve the connected security experience - they have now released a major update to the SecureComm2 app.
SecureComm2 v1.0.13 brings faster access to Video Doorbell livestreams, clearer notifications and a range of improvements to performance and reliability.
See who's there. Sooner.
One of the biggest improvements is the way customers interact with their HKC Video Doorbell. When a customer taps a recent doorbell ring notification, SecureComm2 can take them directly to the live camera feed, helping them see and respond to visitors sooner.

As part of HKC continuous enhancement of the SecureComm service, and in preparation for updates to the SecureComm2 app for faster access to ring events, they will carry out essential maintenance on the SecureComm Platform on Thursday morning, September 24th, during normal business hours.
During this maintenance time, they expect any service disruption to customers to be minimal.
SecureComm2 App updates coming soon on v1.0.13
New Features
• Video Doorbell Improvements - The latest HKC Video Doorbell features are now available in this update.
• Instant Ring Livestream Access - Tapping a recent doorbell ring notification (within 60 seconds of the ring) now opens the live camera feed instantly, so you never miss a visitor.
• Technical Zone Notifications now include descriptions - Technical Zone notifications will include the description applied to the Technical Zone type

Always needs supporting

Each year it costs around £12 million to keep our services running and 80% of that is raised by supporters who know and love St Richard’s.

Wonderful people like Councillor Beverley Nielsen who’s chosen us as her charity of the year in her capacity as Chair of Malvern Hills District Council.

Earlier this month, with the support of kind local businesses in Malvern, including our very own Deja Vu - St Richard's Hospice Dress Agency, Beverley’s fashion show raised a fantastic £7,696 for our care of patients, their loved ones and bereaved people across Worcestershire.
