Great start this week on our new job in chailey extending a barn and installing a new concrete drive along to allow for more parking and better access to the barn. 1 bay concreted today 3 to go. Let’s hope for better weather next week. 🤞

Our Eastbourne projects are now complete. We have installed en-suite with a walk in wardrobe. We have extended and re roofed the pergola and re done the down stairs w/c. McGuires Wires Electrical Co. SOLO plumbing and heating

The plasterers have now completed the basement on our Polegate renovation. Fantastic job 👌 Richard Drayton-Jones.

Back at our Polegate basement refurb, three coat water proofing system is now complete. Coming on nicely, all ready for our first fix electrics and plumbing to be installed.

A great start to this refurbishment of a basement in Polegate this week. Bathroom, w/c, kitchen, flooring and almost all of the plaster chipped off back to block/ brickwork ready for the tanking to go on. Dehumidifier running to remove as much moisture as possible before we carry on. Roll on next week. And keep an eye out for updates coming soon!!!

The newest project of 2026, the next stage of this lovely customers refurb. We have installed a new bathroom, a new w/c, oak veneer doors throughout, new flooring on the ground floor, coving throughout, new architraves and skirting throughout and decorated, a new composite front door and two new UPVC windows with one in the front dormer with new tile hung cheeks completed.
