Small extension in Hailsham completed.
Customer wanted a downstairs loo area creating and to bring the insulation values up to modern standards so down with the old rotten and cold extension.
New footings, drainage and stuffed full of insulation all to building regulations. Finished in James Hardi cladding with a new composite door to complete the outside.

Driveway to come.

Customer in Hailsham had a rising damp problem in a back bedroom.
Suspected the cavity was full of rubble from a new window opening being formed at some stage so a inspection camera was used and indeed confirmed the cavity was full of rubble up past the damp course.
Bricks removed, cavity cleared and damp problem fixed.
