With a full proof first fix and all the correct prep, second fix should be a doddle 🪛

Completion on another project this week ✅

Kitchen, Utility, Shower Room and Garage completely rewired 💡

Full heating and hot water system wired ♨️

Consumer unit upgrade, full board due to clients discretion to keep it as tight as possible for new door opening ⚡️

Had to get the shovels out last week for this one 🪏

2nd fix well under way on our Horsley project 💡

No internal access to run a new 25mm sub-main meant we had to core down into the ground and run it externally; as well as all the data cables within a 42mm ducting for new UniFi system 📷🛜

Clients are covering all aspects on this one including the idea of a future garden kitchen area 🧑‍🍳

Re-location of the E.V charger meant we had to run an external data back to the main incomer to cover load management too 🔌

Overall plenty going into this one, next stage for us will be kitchen 2nd fix ⚡️

consumer unit and 100-amp fused isolator switch installed as always

Hartland G2 Antique Brass switches and sockets 👌🏻
