“Another fantastic transformation by Altura Roofing! We’ve installed a premium felt system for long-lasting protection, a dry ridge system for maintenance-free durability, and re-bedded the cement verge to ensure everything is secure. We also replaced the rotten fascia board with new UPVC for a fresh look and added a hand moss clean to keep the roof in top shape.

The previous ridge tiles were fully covered in flash band, so we carefully cleaned them up and replaced the ones that couldn’t be salvaged.
The client also opted to keep the existing lead work on the flat roof this was also covered in flash band we done our best to clean it up.

The previous gulley was leaking due to incorrect installation—there was a fiberglass valley trough used on a flat pitch, which is meant for pitched valleys, not gulleys. To fix this, we rebedded the existing valley and installed the proper lead gulley to keep things watertight.
