It's been over a month now and we still have pressure - hooray!

After what at times has seemed like a truly Sisyphean task we wanted to put on record our big thanks, particularly, to you, Chris Tapp and Finn. This hasn't been a straightforward matter, we appreciate, but your determination to help us sort the problem was unflinching!

Your team were professional, a pleasure to have around (even if they do drink a lot of tea!) and always helpful.

We would also mention Charlotte who has been equally helpful and professional, always a cheerful and friendly voice on the phone - even though there must have been times when she thought what is it this time!

One other mention, for Chris Munt who has looked after us on many occasions when things were, frankly, looking operationally bleak!

All in all, we have had a first class experience with Premier Heating and wanted to let you know. We are quite aware that praise rarely arrives but complaints have a habit of doing so.

How would you like £9000 towards an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)?

The government have recently announced an increase in the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant for properties heated by oil or LPG.

From 21st July, the existing £7500 BUS grant will be increased to £9000 for off gas grid properties that are not connected to mains gas, are not a new build and not connected to a heat network. The grant will only be for applicable for installing air to water and ground source heat pumps.

Ross came to us from British Gas starting in November 2023. Ross carries out service and repairs on a wide range of boilers and can also work on warm air units.

Ross is another Dad who spends his weekends coaching his son's football team. Ross is a big Rival of his manager Leigh being a Liverpool supporter!

If Ross is not on the football pitch he is on the golf course although he admits he is better at Football than golf!

⭐MEET THE TEAM ⭐

Chris is our longest standing engineer starting with Premier back in October 2015. Chris can install a range of items including air source heat pumps, heating controls, underfloor heating, gas & oil boilers. Chris is also our apprentice's mentor, so if you have Chris coming to complete your installation you will also see one of our apprentices.

Chris loves spending time with his family and is also a keen footballer. When he’s not playing for his local football team, he’ll be kicking a ball around with his two young sons or playing pretty much anything they want, as they have Chris wrapped round their little fingers!
