🏗️ Big progress on site this week!
The renderers are in 👷‍♂️

Scratch coating the house and repairing existing cracks 🧱✨

Inside, plasterboarding is going up in every room 🏠📐

Next week: ➡️ Pebble dash going on
➡️ More crack repairs
➡️ More plasterboarding throughout the house
Everything is starting to come together now 🙌🔥

🪟🚪 Windows & doors installed!

Now moving onto the internal finishing works:

➡️ Plasterboard installation
➡️ Rendering
➡️ Plastering ✨🏗️

Installed a small Helifix bar reinforcement above this window after signs of movement were identified.

The masonry has now been stabilised to help prevent further cracking and provide long-term structural support. Clean, discreet repair with minimal disruption. 👌

Lots of plasterboarding going on upstairs as we get everything ready for the windows being installed at the end of the week 🔨🏡

Boards are in and it’s go time upstairs! 🛠️🔥
We’ll be cracking on with boarding out this week, with plenty of fire boards ready to meet all building regs ✅
Doors and windows landing soon 🚪🪟—then it’s full steam ahead with screeding and plasterboarding all reveals 💪

Great progress on site last week! 🔧⚡🚿

All electrical and plumbing first fix works are now complete ✅

This week we’re finishing up the stud walls and door linings 🪚🚪

Coming together nicely 👷‍♂️🏗️

Renovation update 🛠️🏡

Internal walls are going up and we’re finally moving into first fix stage 🙌

Plumbing 🚿 and electrics ⚡ starting over the next few weeks as everything begins to come together.

Lots happening behind the scenes now… all the stuff you won’t see but makes the house actually work 😅

Exciting to see progress after all the planning 💭➡️🏠

Next step: closing up walls and watching it really take shape 👀✨

Big day on site today 🙌

The single roof storey is flying up — all the joists and triples are in, ready for the top deck going on tomorrow 🏗️

We’ll be in the dry next week and straight into first fix electrics and plumbing 🔌
