A small lighting upgrade making a big difference to the space.

We replaced two tired existing fittings with modern LED alternatives:

⚡ 1 × 600x600 LED panel replacement
⚡ 1 × recessed LED downlight replacement
💡 Brighter, cleaner and more even light output
🔧 Existing fittings safely removed and new fittings installed and tested
✅ A much fresher finish with improved visibility

Sometimes you don’t need a complete lighting refit — simply replacing older or failing fittings can dramatically improve a room while also benefiting from modern LED efficiency.

“The switch has started glowing…” — definitely not something to ignore!

We attended a property after the tenant reported that a switched fused spur in the kitchen had started glowing.

On investigation, we found damage to the live conductor where it had come into contact with the metal back box.

🔎 Fault identified and damaged section removed
🔧 Cables cut back and correctly re-terminated
⚡ Switched fused spur replaced with a new unit
🧪 Installation tested following the repair
✅ Left safe and operational

A good example of why burning smells, heat, crackling, discolouration or glowing accessories should never be ignored. Electrical faults can develop quickly, so if something doesn’t look or smell right, get it checked.

We were called to the flood lights at the rear of a business centre not working, after investigation of the flood lights and circuit we found there to be 3 x flood lights not working so we have changed them to new led units so it is nice and bright, Another happy customer 👍

We went to a job that had a flickering light and broken pendent after testing the voltage at the bathroom light it showed that there was a issue with voltage leading us to find a loose cable in the fan isolator, that was determined and it was found to be the cause of the issue.
