Experienced Multi-Skilled Builder / Joiner wanted
JGP Property Maintenance Ltd is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, dependable tradesperson to join our team.
This is a skilled role for someone with strong general building and joinery experience, together with professional plastering and property refurbishment skills. You must be confident assessing jobs, identifying the right repair and completing work independently to a consistently high standard.
The varied workload will include:
First and second-fix joinery
Plastering, skimming and making good
Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment
Stud walls, ceilings and internal partitions
Brickwork and masonry repairs
Tiling, flooring and decorating
General property repairs and maintenance
Previous experience in social housing, local authority work or the private rented sector would be an advantage.

This position is intended for an experienced tradesperson who can produce a professional-quality finish without close supervision. It is not suitable for applicants whose experience is limited to basic DIY, handyman work or assisting qualified tradespeople.
