Howdens kitchen install for our new customers with Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services by ourside.

This has been a huge improvement from what was a small and cramped space and now we have opened the kitchen up to give a modern, bright and inviting room which is truly the heart of the home once more.

Phase 2 complete - This week we have been back with Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services to returning customers installing 50 square meters of natural stone effect LVT flooring through the hallway, downstairs bathroom, kitchen and dinning area.

We have added a balustrade with new newel posts due to there not being anything at all which was a safety issue.

We have also manufactured and installed shaker doors with push to open to cover storage/wardrobe spaces.

This week, we have being replacing these extremely old and rotten windows with these stunning, prefinished timber traditional sash windows to this listed building with Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services

This is an ongoing project which is having set amount of windows being manufactured and delivered to site in phases, six have been completed this week with a further ten more to replace in the coming months.

Pointing up on the mortar joint and around the window sills are next in to make up any discrepancies from where the old windows used to be situated.

Recent kitchen install for new customers with Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services

Kitchen supplied from Grimsby Howdens who had done a great job designing the layout to maximise what could fit in this tight kitchen and jam packed it with as much storage as possible as well as slide and hind oven, microwave oven and also a downdraft induction hob.

Gloss dove grey frontals and acrylic worktops which look stunning.

We’ve had Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services with us transforming this staircase with a new balustrade and newel posts, bespoke understairs cupboards, electric/gas box enclosure along with adapting a double door frame to allow for full height doors.

Really pleased with the finished product and we have another happy customer 👌

- Hockley Dark Walnut with Winterton two toned with Gloss Sandstone and Acrylic worktop.

Another frontal changed for new customers with Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services by our side.

This particular kitchen although was quite aged, the units themselves were still in good condition so we have replaced all frontals, end panels and cornice/pelmets along with removing the tiles and replaced with new backboards

Recent kitchen frontal replacement completed with Martin Shaw Joinery and Property Services for great new customers.

Customers had not long moved into the property and the original kitchen colour was… let’s say an interesting choice… so we replaced all the end panels, frontals, cornice/pelmets, kickboards and worktops with a more neutral and cleaner colour choice.

Safe to say the comparison is huge and our customers couldn’t have been happier. 👌
