The last three days we have completed a kitchen upgrade for new customers. All new frontals panels kickboards and cornice/pelmet , new worktops and upstands a new sink and we added an oven housing a Diswasher and new extractor to bring the kitchen back to life ready to be rented. We also installed the customers own wet wall to the bathroom area. All kitchen components supplied by Howdens Birchin way Grimsby 👌🏻

This week we have installed a kitchen for new clients with JLD Joinery Ltd. All components from Howdens Birchin Way Grimsby. This kitchen had the dividing wall removed and a full kitchen re-design along with new ceiling boarded and a full re-skim with new plumbing to complete the makeover. More happy clients and another great transformation👌🏻

This week ourselves and JLD Joinery Ltd were at a new clients home installing new internal doors new skirtings and architraves and new LVT forest oak large plank herringbone flooring to the dining room and hallway we screeded the floor beforehand to enable a flat surface and matched the floor throughout so the visual from walking in the front door has the optimum effect . We also rectified floorboards in the main bedroom and overlaid with ply to get the floor flat ready for carpets. All materials supplied by Howdens Birchin Way Grimsby 👌🏻

This week ourselves and JLD Joinery Ltd have been back for the second phase of a project for returning customers. We have screeded and laid 50m2 of tiled effect stone LVT flooring through the whole downstairs and added a small balustrade and handrail to the staircase , we finished off with seven new shaker style push to open doors into existing cupboard openings 👌🏻

Yesterday and today we ripped out a new customers kitchen and installed a new kitchen for their rental property with JLD Joinery Ltd. All materials supplied by Howdens Birchin Way Grimsby. Certainly a refreshed look to this one 👌🏻

This week with JLD Joinery Ltd we have returned to a local children’s home to install new traditional sash windows to the grade 2 listed building. These windows weighed in an around 200kg on average and on top op the warm week we have had just getting them to their destination took its toll. Nevertheless yet again we achieved our target and we will wait on our clients booking us in for the next phase of windows in the coming months. The finished product of these windows is second to none and we are very happy to be the contractor for the install 👌🏻

Kitchen we installed a week or so ago we have been waiting for the quartz installers to template and fit the acrylic worktops. Alongside JLD Joinery Ltd we installed the kitchen and LVT flooring in a compact space that has been designed to bring maximum use to this small room. Howdens Birchin Way Grimsby design team came up with the idea of using the extra tall doors on wall units to create a seamless look but not compromising work surface area. Neff appliances and downdraft extractor on the induction hob mean this kitchen has everything you need in a small space. We wrapped the LVT flooring around the door step to create a seamless look. More happy clients 👌🏻

Mon-weds with JLD Joinery Ltd we have installed new balustrade to staircase including new newel posts and splicing in additional timbers where it had previously been cut out. We also built a four cupboard under stairs storage with two doors and two push to open soft close drawers. To hide the unsightly gas and electric boxes we constructed a slimline unit with flush doors that will be painted in with the walls. To finish we adapted the landing cupboard and installed matching doors to the upstairs to create a sleeker look. We have extremely happy new clients and we will be returning to adapt another cupboard in the hallway to match the understairs storage which we will also be grooving out to match the internal doors of the property 👌🏻

Monday and Tuesdays job with JLD Joinery Ltd full rip out and transformation kitchen for new clients. All materials supplied by Howdens Birchin Way Grimsby.
