**SECURITY**
It can't have escaped your attention that the nights are drawing in......
So, a question, when did you last review your security?
Your door lock is your 'front line defence' to prevent you becoming a victim and another crime statistic...

These two customers were keen to upgrade their security to APECS high security locks....

Criminals look at the locks in your doors, the presence of a high security lock is a great detterent!

This unlucky customer in Keelby had 2 issues with the front door. As if having the key 'stuck' in the lock wasn't enough, the MPL also had a fault. Luckily we were able to attend, replaced the MPL and fit a new lock with 5 keys. 🔑🔑🔑🔑🔑
Everyone in the house could now have their own key....😊

We were pleased to be able to help...

A nice bottle of bubbly!! 🍾
A lovely gift from an appreciative customer, after we attended his property and gained access for him after he left his keys inside....

I was delighted to be able to help him, his generosity was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

TAP TAP.... Boom..💥💥
A tenant locked himself out, on arrival I tried a bypass but it was a tight fit and the lock wasn't budging....

Not to worry, there was only ever going to be 1 winner. I have various techniques at my disposal and this lock didn't put up much of a fight, allowing the tenant to get his car keys and get back to work....

I was asked to attend an eviction order in Cleethorpes. Bailiffs were present. The tenant wasn't present. We were briefed at what we were likely to encounter but I don't think any of us expected the site we were greeted with. You couldn't help feel sorry for all involved....

Locks were changed to allow a big clean up operation to get underway....

We took a call from a childcare nursery school. Parents, their kids and the nursery staff were unable to get in to the property.
The staff said the door had been a bit problematic for a while. We attended immediately , the door was properly jammed.
No pressure - It's not everyday I have an audience!
Nevertheless, I gained access much to the delight of everyone. A broken tail was the culprit.
A new MPL and lock was fitted and the door was realigned.
A very satisfying job all round........
