I have a question, I've never come up against this before, a customer has a leak which potentially could be one of 3 or 4 things, some of them not within the roofing teade so after any advice so I can pass information on to my customer.

The fire boards on the gable/split level i believe are starting to fail or it may be a case of the joins need repairing, bit either way the soakers need replacing and I can't get them out as quite rightly they are underneath the board, my question is, can the board be cut into and patched or would the complete end have to be taken off and replaced

Repair in Griffithstown today, lead short so extended it, and added a saddle to make it all water tight for the customer.

Started a job today in Cwmbran, plastics to be changed, a chimney drop and all ridge to be taken off, cleaned up and re-fitted with a dry ridge system, also continuous verge to be fitted on 1 side of thw property, soffits done today

Latest main roof all complete in Griffithstown, back in around 5/6 weeks to fit downpipes after windows and render complete

Out and about today on repairs/small jobs, 4 cowls fitted, 2 on chimneys that are in use and 2 that aren't in use, a slate repair and a repoint on lead to a chimney.
