From bare ground to first fix.

Warehouse extension on Northfleet Industrial Estate for a Kent packaging manufacturer — 700m² of new space, steel frame, new slab, roller shutter doors, tied into the existing unit.

We’re on the M&E install now. Fit-out next, then handover.

The unit has stayed operational the entire time. No shutdown, no lost production days — which is the whole point of the way we programme industrial jobs.

Our team is on site carrying out the initial demolition and strip out works, preparing this property for a complete renovation and wrap-around side extension. Removing the old to make way for something exceptional.

Warehouse Extension Progress 🏗️

This photo sequence shows the groundwork phase for a new warehouse extension — from site clearance and piling, through sub-base build-up and compaction, to membrane installation and reinforcement steel fixed and tied ready for the concrete pour.

Piling transfers the structural loads to stable ground below, while the compacted sub-base and reinforced concrete slab provide the strength and durability needed to support heavy warehouse traffic and racking systems.

Strong extensions start with even stronger foundations.
