Full front elevation Linatol paint & cast restoration, transforming this property from tired red paint to a beautiful blonde sandstone finish. We also removed all old pointing, repointed with traditional lime mortar, and roughcasted the gable and rear of the property.

A fantastic transformation completed by Major Sandstone & Roofing.

This property’s original sandstone had previously been painted red, completely hiding the natural character of the stone. We carried out a full paint-and-cast Linatol restoration to the entire front elevation, restoring the sandstone appearance while changing the colour to a much more attractive blonde finish.

As part of the project, we also:
✔ Cut out all old, failing pointing
✔ Repointed the entire frontage using traditional lime mortar
✔ Roughcasted the gable end and rear of the property
✔ Restored the property’s original character and kerb appeal

The result is a fresh, natural sandstone look that remains breathable while providing a durable, long-lasting finish.
