🚀 Big things are coming — and you'll see them first at UK Construction Week

This week, on the 30th September, CPS is heading to UK Construction Week in Birmingham for the first-ever look at the new NFRC CPS Competency Passport, powered by Certchain.

Imagine all your competence information and evidence in one place. One clear picture of what you and your business can do. That's what the Competency Passport is set to deliver — and we're pulling back the curtain on the technology behind it, why CPS is introducing it, and what's coming over the next few months.

Our Managing Director, Tanya Cooper, will be joined on stage by Stephen Holt-Bjørnerud, CEO of Certchain, and George Ashbrook, Managing Director of Ashbrook Roofing Services and CPS contractor — bringing the industry perspective on what this means on the ground.

CPS is strengthening its inspectorate - join us!

Are you an experienced roofing professional looking for the next step in your career?

As CPS expands to support not only self-certification but also competency and compliance assessment, our inspectorate is expanding with it. We’re looking for experienced roofing professionals with strong technical knowledge who are looking for their next career move, helping improve standards across the sector. Applicants must have relevant roofing qualifications, roofing industry experience and ideally experience assessing competence or quality assurance.

As a CPS Inspector, you’ll play a key role in supporting contractors, strengthening competence and helping build standards across the roofing industry.

In return we'll support that role by working with you to develop your skills, experience and qualifications. Interested in joining our team?

Something new is coming, and we’re giving you the first look at UK Construction Week!

On 30 September, CPS will be at UK Construction Week in Birmingham, where we’ll be giving you a first look at the new NFRC CPS Competency Passport, powered by Certchain.

What does competence look like when all your information and evidence is in one place? And what could that mean for your business? We will showing you the technology behind the new Competency Passport, why CPS is introducing it and what you can expect to see over the coming months.
