Good find and a perfect example of why to get your boiler serviced.

Customer had absolutely no idea there boiler was leaking until I arrived. Left unnoticed this boiler would of been tripping the electrics as water leaking from diverter valve cartridge was getting into the electrical diverter motor.

Van stock for me and a repair made whilst servicing the boiler.

Unvented Cylinder all done over in Reydon. This customer got in touch after coming across my business on Google and reading reviews, asking for me to install a Combi Boiler for better hot water performance and making space in an airing cupboard.

And this was my solution. Better hot water performance than a combi whilst still removing an open vented cylinder in an airing cupboard and water tanks from loft. Pressurising both heating and hot water systems.

He did in fact get other quotes, no one else gave this option, and some quotes were over £5000.

This was less than half 👌

Good little find this morning on a Landlords Gas Safety check carried out on Gorleston this morning.

Leaking gas pipe found and repaired after a failed gas tightness test.

As the pipe was leaking externally to the house, there was no smell of gas present and being realistic, it may not of ever caused anyone harm but it certainly would of cost the new tenants a small fortune on there gas bill!

But as always, safety first.

Been servicing this boiler the last few years and the customer wanted an upgrade. So glad to of gotten rid of it, horrible cheap and nasty! And an absolute eyesore in there kitchen.

New Logic Max with a 10 Year Warranty relocated to the loft, giving the customer more storage space back in the kitchen and peace of mind for the future 👌

Can't beat the look of fresh clean copper! Boiler installation finished for a new customer in Bradwell today.

System power flushed, cylinder removed from airing cupboard, boiler removed from garage and water tanks removed from loft.

Leaking boiler from last week replaced over the weekend, getting the tenants hot water and heating back up and running with a quick turn around 👏

This model of boiler is now my 'go to' budget boiler of choice with a 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty.

Will certainly be fitting more in the future 🔥 Exactly the same boiler internally as the Logic Max I install a lot of and considerably cheaper. Making it a very competitive boiler price wise and keeping costs down 💸⬇️💰

Didn't expect this to happen when trying to take the case off of a Boiler today during a breakdown visit. Unfortunately, this tenant had left the filling loop valve to the boiler open, causing the boiler to over pressurise and bursting a pipe within completely flooding the boiler 💦

An expensive mistake, new boiler is now required 🔧
