Hi guys,

Feedback as follows:

1. Yes, very easy. I spoke with Robert on the phone and, apart from a small mix up about the size of the property, it was very easy to arrange.
2. 9/10. I've only deducted 1 point because I was asked to pay extra once I had already paid because the property was bigger than had been assumed, even though I wasn't asked about the size or footprint.
3. Higher than expected. The report in particular is very clear about the state of the roof and what work is needed to put it back into good order. That, supported by the drone footage and photographs, put us in a strong position to negotiate with the seller of the property.
4. Definitely.

I also wanted to add that I appreciate the urgency with which our survey was conducted, in spite of some truly awful weather. I appreciated the drone operator contacting me to let me know what was happening. Having been severely let down (ripped off) by another company, I could not be happier with UK National Roofing.
