plastic tool, not sure what it’s for then watch this! Nowhere in any of my manuals did it tell me what this was for! I spent ages trying to work out how to get cold water thinking that the unit was faulty until I sent Caelan a message, not expecting him to answer as it was a Saturday he phoned me, with a simple discussion on the phone. We now have chilled and sparkling water 👌🏻

Installation of the full kit, Rose gold flex square, scale control R and the cube. standard hot/cold water, boiling water, chilled filtered and sparking water. I hate fizzy water with a passion, but by god does this water taste good.

I think it’s safe to say that the work horses brakes were knackered 😬🤦🏼‍♂️🤣 front and back!!

Oil lines to an oil boiler are one thing so many people get wrong, even on new installs, putting the fire valve Phial and Oil line through the same hole is just daft 🤦🏼‍♂️ Two separate holes and both sleeved is what’s required.

While installing a boiler today, I heard a little noise, found this little fella in the loft. His mum was calling outside so I found another use for the filter box, reunited the little thing with its mum and dad 😊 couldn’t just leave it up there to die 🙁
