- Floor area thoroughly cleaner prior to two coats of diluted SBR Acrylic Primer
- Older pad and no underfloor heating, no requirement to crackmat.
- previously levelled so meant could crack on straightaway.
- full tile off bifolds, room centred ensuring no grout joints under foot once cabinetry installed.
- Laticrete.BenferUK Adhesives and H**p Grout

Bathroom Tiled in Great Ayton

Initial intention was to retile the floor and feature wall to the full room.

- Tiles removed from floor, reboarded, new Snug Underfloor Heating carrier mat and thermostat installed, floor self levelled.
- Tiles removed from walls and reboarded where required.
- Shower Area tanked with Beava tanking
- Villeroy & Boch Crosswood feature Tiles and Ivory Montagne installed.
- Genesis Bathstone trims used
- Grouted up with Silver Shadow Laticrete Grout

Ready for second fix.

Fell a little bit in love with this Plywood Kitchens & Furniture kitchen while laying this 47m2 floor.

Crazy angles everywhere in this period cottage especially on the gable end !

Montpellier Sable 900x600 Tumbled Edge Porcelain Tile from Quorn Stone

-Area crackmatted
- Patch levelled into bifolds where the pad tapered down by 30mm.
- Laticrete maxi adhesives
- Finished with H**p Grout from Laticrete

Ready for the next hit of jobs in the lead up to Christmas. Only booking in work from February onwards now.

Bathroom Completed in Stokesley from a few months ago.

Fishscale 600x300 tiles set out to wrap fully from the centre of the window throughout the whole room. Requiring every wall to be tiled plumb. 600x450 R10 Slip resistant porcelain on the floor.

Brass fittings and Fluted Screen make the room in this 150 year old property.

One of the jobs from the end of the year, which haven't posted yet.

A lot of work on this one, so many cuts.

New build property in Hartburn, skirting removed for a better finish. Floor ground to removed surface coating from new pad to provide a better key for the primer and subsequent coverings. Anti fracture matting laid throughout and rolled to ensure 100% coverage of flow bed adhesive. Then tiled and Grouted with Fugabella #46

Flooring and Brickslips completed for Altrac Living | Bespoke Kitchen & Bedroom showroom for this new kitchen in Stockton.

Terracotta from the slips toning so well with the sage cabinets.

- Sandstone effect Porcelain 900x600 Tiles from Discount Tiles
- Grouted with Limestone Larsen Grout
- Brickslips from Tile Mountain
- Pointed with a Natural GPM from Larsens Streetscape range, great authentic lime mortar finish.

We'll be back in a week or two once the mortar has fully dried and the framing of the slips has settled to seal these up with LTP Mattstone

Oak Mora tiles from Topps Tiles Trade still proving popular. Centred from the front door, leaving balance cuts throughout the tiled area.

- Fugabella Grout 26 blending perfectly.
-Genesis threshold bars to meet existing laminate, LVT and carpet
