Bathroom Completed in Stokesley from a few months ago.

Fishscale 600x300 tiles set out to wrap fully from the centre of the window throughout the whole room. Requiring every wall to be tiled plumb. 600x450 R10 Slip resistant porcelain on the floor.

Brass fittings and Fluted Screen make the room in this 150 year old property.

One of the jobs from the end of the year, which haven't posted yet.

A lot of work on this one, so many cuts.

New build property in Hartburn, skirting removed for a better finish. Floor ground to removed surface coating from new pad to provide a better key for the primer and subsequent coverings. Anti fracture matting laid throughout and rolled to ensure 100% coverage of flow bed adhesive. Then tiled and Grouted with Fugabella #46

Flooring and Brickslips completed for Altrac Living | Bespoke Kitchen & Bedroom showroom for this new kitchen in Stockton.

Terracotta from the slips toning so well with the sage cabinets.

- Sandstone effect Porcelain 900x600 Tiles from Discount Tiles
- Grouted with Limestone Larsen Grout
- Brickslips from Tile Mountain
- Pointed with a Natural GPM from Larsens Streetscape range, great authentic lime mortar finish.

We'll be back in a week or two once the mortar has fully dried and the framing of the slips has settled to seal these up with LTP Mattstone

Herringbone Kitchen and Hallway Floor completed in Stokesley

Oak Mora tiles from Topps Tiles Trade still proving popular. Centred from the front door, leaving balance cuts throughout the tiled area.

- Grit Primed throughout
- Benfer Adhesive S1 Flex is the go to for a full coverage.
- Fugabella Grout 26 blending perfectly.
-Genesis threshold bars to meet existing laminate, LVT and carpet

Bathroom completed in Castleton

Tiles and Suite supplied by Easy Bathrooms Skelton, Neutral tile going so well with the brass fixtures. Customer opted to for a Sandstone tile trim from Genesis which blends in perfectly with the tile.

-Electric UFH Mat laid prior to tiling
-Shower area tanked/waterproofed

June and July were hectic!

Kicked off with 50m² Kitchen with 1mx1m rectified porcelain tile from DNA Bathrooms

Laitance removed, subfloor primed, patch levelled in areas that needed bringing up, primed again, area crackmatted. Then tiled.

Laticrete.BenferUK adhesives and H**p Grout finished. The rooms big when the tiles look small!

These Mayolica Azulejoe tiles from Discount Tiles looking 🔥 against the Copper Blush paint from Dulux.

Two rows of tiles carefully removed in this new build, keeping drylining in tact.

Herringbone centred on back wall of the bath then wrapped onto each side, neatly finishing on a full tile and cut.

All Grouted and Sealed with Kerrakol #05

52m² of 22mm Minster Natural Finish Limestone laid from .stone.online for the in Husthwaite

- Random sizes meant laying in a random bond
- Laitance removed
- Sub floor primed
- Anti fracture membrane laid
- Bullnosed step and threshold strip installed
- Sealed with mattstone
- Grouted with .uk Wide Joint Stone Beach 100kg 🙃
- Final coat of sealer applied
