Nice couple of days fitting this laminate click herringbone floor by parador, by far one of the best ones to fit on the market.
All protected and ready for the door sets and 2nd fix. www.stjcc.co.uk

Quite impressed with this Trend lock jig, very good for repetitive precision. What’s your go to method for cutting in the lock face plate. Poll in the comments

We do love a jig, had this trend one since 2011. We used to make our own, but having a solid one piece jig was always difficult to carry around and store. This Trend jig is a 2 piece and packs away quite nicely. I’m not even sure if trend still makes this model since the skeleton hit the shelves. What’s your go to for routing out hinges? Getting some good use out of the trend lock jig, the hardest thing about using it is setting up the centre to the door when switching from 35mm to 45mm. Apart from that it’s a very good jig. Anyone else find this jig useful or are there better jigs on the market? www.stjcc.co.uk

I was reluctant to purchase this souber mortiser at first. Glad I did, it’s extremely quick and effective especially on 35mm doors.

Thanks to Elon and the boffins at Tesla, we now have a solution to beat the traffic jams.

Nice little slatted shelving job, made easier with the cordless Makita palm router and Makita 40v mitre saw.
