We’re taking on the London to Brighton Bike Ride in support of Mind — raising awareness and funds for mental health. 🚴‍♂️💙

In construction, we talk a lot about building strong foundations — but mental health is just as important as physical safety. Long hours, pressure, and tough working environments can take their toll, and too many people in our industry struggle in silence.

We’re riding to help change that.

If you can, please support us with a donation — every contribution helps Mind provide lifesaving support, advice, and resources to those who need it most.
