It's easy to look at a finished chair and forget what's underneath.

This one arrived needing new webbing, re-tied springs and a complete rebuild of the deep buttoning to get the shape sitting properly again.

We kept as much of the original structure as possible, preserving the character of the piece while adding a little extra comfort where it made sense.

This one had been sitting in a garage for years - cracked leather, a wobbly frame, the kind of chair people usually give up on.

We stripped it back, repaired the joints, and re-upholstered the leather by hand. Same chair, same character, just ready for another few decades of use.

Some pieces just need someone to notice they're worth saving.
