• Existing heating system thoroughly flushed to remove magnetite (black sludge) using appropriate chemicals and magnetic filtration
• Inhibitor added post-flush to protect the system and maintain efficiency
• System tested and balanced
• All radiators and pipework checked for proper circulation and operation

Attended urgent callout due to water leak from WC.
Identified the issue as a faulty inlet valve causing continuous leaking.
Isolated water supply, removed and replaced the defective inlet valve.
All fittings checked and tested for leaks.
WC fully operational following repair.
