A new project is about to get underway on site.

This scheme will see the material change of use of an existing office building to create three new apartments.

We’re pleased to be supporting the delivery of the project as it progresses from drawings on to site, and we look forward to sharing updates along the way.

Great to be back on site this week seeing some exciting progress.

The floors are now installed, the gable walls are being finished off, and the building is really starting to take shape.

Also great to visit a site and not have to scale a ladder for once! The temporary staircase makes a real difference, improving safety on site and saving time when moving people and materials between floors.

We’re excited to keep following this one as the project progresses and see the design come to life.

A recently completed design proposal for three new light industrial units in Wi******er.

Set within an agricultural setting, the scheme has been developed to provide practical, flexible workspace while responding carefully to its rural context.

The proposal brings together simple forms, robust materials and a considered approach to scale and setting, creating a development that supports local business use while sitting comfortably within the surrounding landscape.

Progress continues on site as the project moves closer towards completion.

The latest phase has seen the new car barn, outdoor kitchen and storage area taking shape — adding practical space and creating a fantastic setting for outdoor living.

With the works pushing forward, it won’t be long before it’s time to fire up the pizza oven and enjoy a glass of wine in the garden.

Building smarter before we build on site.

BIM played an important role on a recent project involving the conversion of an existing office building into new residential units.

By modelling the existing building digitally, we were able to coordinate the proposed new works with the retained structure, helping the team understand key interfaces and resolve design information more effectively.

This was particularly valuable when developing the new mansard storey structure, alongside the coordination of building services routes, risers and internal layouts.

Using BIM as part of the design and delivery process helped bring together existing conditions, proposed interventions and technical detail — supporting a clearer, more coordinated route from concept through to construction.

Protecting forests. Supporting communities. Creating lasting impact.

Through Ecologi, we’re proud to support the protection of the Matavén Forest in eastern Colombia — a vital REDD+ project helping to safeguard over 1.15 million hectares of tropical forest within the Indigenous Reservation of the Matavén Forest.

The project helps reduce deforestation, protect biodiversity, support Indigenous communities, and prevent significant carbon emissions each year.

As well as its climate benefits, the project contributes to improved access to healthcare, education, sanitation, sustainable employment, and essential community infrastructure.

A powerful reminder that meaningful climate action is about more than carbon — it’s about people, place, and the future of our planet.

A completed project we’re proud to share.

This started as a simple detached house and has been transformed into a spectacular double-fronted property with real presence and symmetry.

The new frontage creates a far more balanced and elegant arrival, leading into a grand entrance hall and feature staircase that set the tone for the rest of the home. The result is a property that feels refined, spacious, and completely reimagined, while still sitting comfortably within its surroundings.

With before and after imagery, the scale of the transformation really speaks for itself.

A first look at the render for an exciting new project that has just received planning permission.

This one has been a journey — a long planning process, refusals, setbacks, frustration, and plenty of persistence. But after the struggle comes the reward: permission granted, and now the project is starting on site.

The proposal is for a striking contemporary home, wrapped in black timber cladding to create a bold yet refined architectural statement. The dark exterior gives the house a quiet confidence, allowing the form, detailing, and surrounding landscape to do the talking. It’s a design that feels modern, grounded, and beautifully restrained.

After the trials of the planning process, the elation of achieving permission makes this moment even more special.

We’re excited to see this one come to life.

Out in the sun today visiting sites, seeing some exciting progress.

This project is a full renovation of an existing house with side and front extensions, and a subterranean pool house in the garden — a truly special project taking shape from the ground up.

The master suite balcony is already stealing the show, with incredible views.
