The new van has arrived and is being fitted with shelving to hold the specialist equipment we use to detect leaks as well as all the plumbing supplies.

On Tuesday we were lucky enough to be working with Relay Ltd who had called us in to find a leak in a private network feeding nine properties. Once found, Relay were able to excavate the area, find the pipe and repair the leaking joint

We tested the skimmer line and it passed the test, the leak was found on the return to pool line ready for the pool engineer to carry out the repair

Sometimes it’s all about teamwork. Adam frequently works with Tom Bishop of T. Bishop construction who specialises in all ground works, so when Leak Locators have found a leak, Tom can excavate the pinpointed area for us to fix and then Tom will make good the area to a high standard.

Today Adam was in Reading locating a leak on the skimmer pipe work from a swimming pool to the plant room. The leak was found to enable the pool engineer to carry out the repair which avoided the excavation of a replacement line with further disruption. If you have noticed a drop in your pool water level or a higher water consumption give us a call for a chat.
