Our engineers recently carried out essential repair work on a bio unit after identifying significant deterioration during servicing. Using a specially designed gantry system, they safely supported the weight of the disc pack while it was removed.

They then took out the worn peripheral gear and deteriorated nylon bearings, replacing them with new components to restore safe and reliable operation.
