This large cattle shed had a failing valley gutter that was no longer fit for purpose. Rather than replacing the entire gutter, we carried out a full reline over the existing gutter providing a long-lasting cost-effective solution.

Custom-made 0.7mm heavy-grade galvanised gutter liner manufactured to fit the exact profile of the existing gutter.

Installed directly over the existing gutter with minimal disruption.

All joints and laps sealed using premium grade sealants for maximum weather protection.

Strong durable finish designed to extend the life of the roof and prevent future leaks.

This old farm building had a failing roof poor light from old skylights and broken gutters causing ongoing problems.

Instead of the huge cost of a full strip and reroof we completed a full over-clad system — a far more cost-effective option that gives the building a completely new lease of life.

Work included:

• Full over-clad using 0.7 plastic coated box profile sheets

• All matching 0.7 ridges and flashings fitted

• Old skylights replaced before cladding
• New GRP box profile skylights installed throughout

• Original guttering removed
• New heavy gauge round steel guttering fitted

The result is a smart weatherproof finish at a fraction of the cost of a complete
re-roof.

Another satisfying rural transformation completed here in beautiful Wales 🌿

We recently had the pleasure of working on these two traditional farm buildings set in some truly stunning countryside Jobs like this are always special great views great customers and even better results

Both sheds were fully stripped back before being completely re-roofed We supplied and fitted 0.7 Juniper Green box profile sheeting giving a clean, durable and long-lasting finish that really complements the surroundings

The project also included:
✔️ Heavy gauge steel guttering
✔️ New outlets and downpipes
✔️ All matching flashings and ridges

The end result is two solid, weatherproof buildings ready to stand the harsh Welsh elements for years to come.

Late last week the team at Profile roofing & Cladding completed this beautiful transformation on an old, damaged and leaking cattle shed just outside of the beautiful town of Stratford our team completed this reroof in just under a week.

We replaced the failing roof with Big 6 fibre cement roofing sheets — the ideal solution for cattle and livestock buildings due to its strength durability and excellent resistance to condensation build-up. The result is a clean solid weather-tight roof built to last for years to come.
